AdvancedTele.com Acquires Photo File Sharing Web Site

Philadelphia, Pa. – March 24, 2005 – AdvancedTele.com has acquired ZIMoBLOG, a division of the ZIM Corporation (NASDAQ:ZIMCF). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ZIMoBLOG (http://www.zimoblog.com) is a mobile blogging site that allows users to post digital photos and text to a publicly accessible web site. Members can post photos and comments to their own personal blog site or post comments on other members’ blog sites. Registration to the site is free.

AdvancedTele.com has acquired the technology and the site URL for ZIMoBLOG. It will add ZIMoBLOG to its lineup for Advanced Internet, the e-commerce arm of AdvancedTele.com. Advanced Internet was established in 1998 with the introduction of WebFriends – one of the nation’s earliest internet dating sites. The addition of ZIMoBLOG allows Advanced Internet to build on its status as one of the nation’s leading mobile data service providers.
