There are 180 million cell phone users in the United States today many of whom decorate them in the same way that they decorate their homes -- with cell phone wallpapers.

For the moment, the market is being driven by teenagers who do far more than just talk on their cell phones. They pay to send text messages and download sexy girl wallpapers. According to Sprint, 76% of kids aged 15 to 19 and 90% of people in their early 20's regularly use their cell phones for text messaging, ringtones and games. Americans spent a whopping $1.2 billion last year on cool ringtones, cool wallpapers, and other cell phone pesonalization services.
