Campus Fight Songs Lighting Up Cell Phones

School spirit has never been easier to exude. In 2006, campus football and basketball stadiums aren't the only place you'll hear a school's fight song. At many colleges and universities across the U.S. anyone with a cell phone can now share in their schools anthem of victory.
Thanks to a new lucrative form of content delivery, fight songs can be heard from cell phones themselves, as a special poly-phonic ring tone. Students can purchase the tone and program it to play every time their cell phone rings.
Students purchase the ring tones anywhere from $2 to $3 a peice and download them from a variety of internet sites. College students are eating it up and ring tone providers and universities are cashing in.
College officials are scrambling to get signed up for mobile content especially before football season ends and basketball season begins. Most of the deals are built on ringtones, wallpapers, and video clips. The skys the limit when it comes to mobile content and colleges and content providers alike will be ready for the endless possibilties in the cell phone market.
