Movie Themes Make Popular Ringtones
As movie awards season rolls in to high gear, movie themed ringtones are becoming a huge hit.
Among some of the popular “movie theme” ringtones now available are “Scotty Doesn’t Know” (“Eurotrip”); “Halloween Theme Ringtone” (“Halloween”); “Pink Panther Theme” (“Pink Panther”); “Eye of the Tiger” (“Rocky”); “Godfather Love Theme” (“The Godfather”); “Mission Impossible Theme Ringtone” (“Mission Impossible”); James Bond Theme (Intro); “Seasons of Love Ringtone” (“Rent”)’ “Dueling Banjos” (“Deliverance”); and “Tubular Bells” (“The Exorcist Ringtone”).
Monstertones carries new and old movie tones that are capatable with several different cell phones and carriers including, Cingular, Verizon, AT&T, Cellular One, Dobson, Fido, Rogers Wireless, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile and Virgin Mobile.
The silver screen, small screen and PC screen are giving away to that most ubiquitous screen of all, the cell phone,” a press release from Moderati states.
The themes come from a mix of movie genres, including comedies, horror flicks, thrillers, love stories and dramas - including selections from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. “Movie themes make fantastic ringtones because of their familiarity and the mood they evoke,” stated Bob Bentz Co-owner of Monstertones. “The theme from ‘Halloween’ communicates dread and fear - perfect for when your mother-in-law calls.”
Monstertones offers polyphonic ringtones, MP3tones, sound effects, voice tones and wallpapers.
