Ringtones a Source of Stress?

According to Personnel Today, ringtones are among one of the annoyances in the workplace in the UK. Also sited as annoying was the person who never offers to make tea, the co-worker who eats smelly food at lunch time, and the secretary who spreads unfounded gossip.

Now, having worked with a colleague who used to cook macaroni & cheese every day in the microwave, I totally get the smelly food one And, I also understand you concern over tea as I recall it starting a war in Boston just over 200 years ago. But ringtones?
